I am in the Real Estate business to identify an individual's, a couple's or a family's Real Estate needs and to find the ideal home to meet or exceed their expectations. I have been a Real Estate Sales Professional since January of 2003 making my clients Real Estate dreams come true. I was born and raised in Connecticut prior to my move to the Tampa Bay area in 2002. I am a married dad and have three wonderful boys, Caleb, Colin and Anthony and a foster parent to many. Prior to becoming a Real Estate Professional, I worked in the health insurance industry as a Manager for a very large call center. I enjoy the beach, bicycling, walking, cooking, the arts, home building and spending time with family and friends. I possess extensive product, market and neighborhood knowledge. I am organized and detail oriented resulting a smooth transaction. I continue to educate myself and others on the ever-changing real estate market. I continually communicate with my clients to keep them updated on their home search and transaction until it is closed. I believe in having fun while working.
I am a member of the Greater Tampa Association of Realtors,
the Florida Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. I attended the Coldwell Banker University and a member of the Multiple Listing Service.
