What follows is the path to a successful purchase.
Please fill out the Buyer Questionnaire. I emphasize because it will allow me to provide a concise group of homes for your viewing.
The most important is to either have your Lender provide you with a letter of pre approval or your bank provide you with a letter of funds available. The latter is not necessary until you make an offer, however it does provide the parameters of your search.
Once you have filled out the questionnaire and have your letter in hand, you are ready to look at and locate your perfect home.
